Marina Porras (Rubí, 1991) is a bookseller, literary critic and professor at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She is part of the research group ‘Literatura Comparada en el Espacio Europeo’ (Comparative Literature in the European Space) at the Universitat de Barcelona and she has written for publications including ElNacional.cat, Llavor Cultural, La República, CTXT and Ara Llegim. Her doctoral thesis focuses on the essays of Gabriel Ferrater and her own essay, Envy, is published in the collection The Seven Deadly Sins.
